THE LOCKERBIE GOLFER

Over a period of 4 years, the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission examined the Lockerbie Bombing evidence.

The Commission concluded that there was masses of evidence to suggest that there had been a serious miscarriage of justice. (Lockerbie Revealed: extracts and analysis)

Their report refers to 'The Golfer' a retired top Scottish police officer who gave sworn testimony to Megrahi's then legal team that key items of evidence had been faked.

The Commission interviewed the Golfer, but found nothing to substantiate his claims.

In other words, the Commission would APEAR to be part of the cover-up?

The Scotsman of 28 August 2006:

"A former Scottish police chief has given lawyers a signed statement claiming that key evidence in the Lockerbie bombing trial was fabricated.

"The retired officer - of assistant chief constable rank or higher - has testified that the CIA planted the tiny fragment of circuit board crucial in convicting a Libyan for the 1989 mass murder of 270 people.

"He has confirmed that parts of the case were fabricated and that evidence was planted. At first he requested anonymity, but has backed down and will be identified if and when the case returns to the appeal court."

LOCKERBIE: BOLLIER TO SUE POLICE

On 7 March 2012, we learn that Edwin Bollier is to sue the Scottish police and 'Crown Office' for £33.75 million.

Lockerbie witness to sue

Edwin Bollier is the former head of Swiss company Mebo.

At the Lockerbie trial it was claimed that Bollier's Mebo made the timer for the Lockerbie bomb.

After the trial Mebo was forced into bankruptcy.

New evidence shows the fragment of timer found at Lockerbie was 100% covered in tin and did not match those in the timers made by Mebo.

The Crown's forensic expert at the trial, the notorious Allen Feraday, was aware of the disparity but failed to disclose it.

Mr Bollier said: "It is now absolutely clear this fragment was not from a timer we delivered to Libya.

"I have instructed lawyers in Switzerland..."

LONDON BOMBS - REMEMBER LUMPERT /LOCKERBIE AND LIBYA

In 1988, the FBI's Robert Mueller (above) supervised the Lockerbie Bombing investigation.

"He successfully kept the CIA's connection to the bombing from becoming public.

"The CIA and FBI took control of the crash scene for the first day (keeping Scottish police at bay), searching through and removing numerous pieces of evidence and luggage from the wreckage to obscure the connections of the bombing to the CIA special team that was on board the aircraft.

"One CIA defector has said that the team had been returning to the states against orders to blow the whistle on CIA drug and terrorist connections in the Middle East." - FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION ·

Edward Bollier of MEBO

In the Lockerbie Bombing (PanAm 103) case, it appears that the CIA and its friends arranged to have a 'timer' stolen from the Swiss firm of MEBO.

It appears that the security services then pretended that this 'timer' was the one used in the Lockerbie Bombing.

The Herald letters column, 23 August 2008, has a letter about the PanAm 103 - Lockerbie Bombing entitled High Court decision rapid and welcome

The author of the letter writes:

"Probably the most crucial item of physical evidence, namely the timer fragment PT35B, was not even tested for explosive residues."

Some of the comments on the Herald website are as follows:

Posted by: Edwin & Mahnaz Bollier, MEBO, Zurich

"MEBO LTD and myself have obviously been misused by the Scottish Justice and Lord Advocate Colin Boyd to construct a wrong link from Lockerbie to Libya... More news on our webpage: http://www.lockerbie.ch/... (Homepage www.mebocom-defilee.ch & www.lockerbie.ch)

"Edwin and Mahnaz Bollier, MEBO Ltd. give the Crown, Lord Advocate General and the Appeal Court, the full warranty that the manipulated MST-13 timer fragment (PT-35B) does not come from a timer supplied to Libya and therefore cannot be brought in connection with Libya...

"Libya did pay the compensation under explicit objection that Libya had absolutely nothing to do with the PanAm 103 Lockerbie-Tragedy and could therefore not be made responsible. In the world media this objection is never mentioned.

"This tricky suppression of the whole statement by the world's leading news agencies leads to the generally accepted but nevertheless totally wrong notion: If they paid, they did it.

"Why Libya pays?: > Regain full diplomatic and economic status. This would allow oil companies to negotiate hundreds of billions of dollars worth of contracts, to drill the state's oilfields.

"US President Bush signed on August 4, 2008 into law: S.3370, the 'Libyan Claims Resolution Act.' The bill that grants Libyan immunity law and full diplomatic and economic status."

"Few folks will be aware of two important background features of the Lockerbie investigation and trial. Both are verified by historical and declassified documents and available for easy reference.

"1. The forensic scientist who claimed to be the first to find the famous bomb fragment was, a year after finding it, revealed by a Parliamentary investigation by Sir John May to be a co-conspirator with two colleagues in the with-holding of evidence in the trial of the alleged IRA Maguire Seven.

"The Maguires were released on appeal.

"This aspect was under-investigated by the Lockerbie trial defence, and ignored by the judges in the Lockerbie judgment.

"2. The career of the American agent in overall charge of the investigation includes several years involvement with the murderous Nicaraguan campaign, working alongside Colonel Oliver North in the Iran-Contra affair of the mid-eighties, and the covert arming of the Afghanistan Mujahadeen in the late eighties.

"The man was not called to give evidence at the Lockerbie trial.

"In an on-camera interview, he admitted that his name was on the original list of witnesses, but he presumed that the US authorities had removed it.

"We shall have to wait and see whether these two aspects will fully emerge during a second appeal.

Timer device

Two years after the Lockerbie bomb, investigators allegedly found a fragment of a timer device.

It has been alleged that the evidence concerning the timer fragment was fabricated by the CIA and its friends in order to implicate Libya in the bombing.

In the summer of 2007, a report from Darik Radio DARIK News revealed a confession:

"Ulrich Lumpert, a Swiss electronic engineer and former employee at the Zurich-based MEBO Ltd Telecommunication, has admitted that he stole from the company a hand manufactured MST-13 Timer PC-Board that was later used as evidence against the defendant, Libyan agent Abdel Basset al-Megrahi.

Lumpert says: "I realized that the MST-13 PC-board, after it was handed over by me without permission was misused for deliberate politically criminal 'action'." - Lockerbie Bombing Trial Faces U-Turn after Perjury Confession

Thomas Thurman

On 19 February 2006, The Mail on Sunday reported that new forensic tests have been carried out by the lawyers representing Al Megrahi, the Libyan jailed in connection with the Lockerbie bombing.

Defence experts simulated the Lockerbie explosion. The results showed that the device which detonated the bomb could not have survived the explosion.

According to The Mail on Sunday: "Sources close to Megrahi's lawyers said the new tests pointed to the evidence having been planted at the scene of the crash...

"The source added that Megrahi's legal team claimed they had obtained 'clear proof' that investigators had 'planted and manipulated' evidence...

"He said... if there is any justice in Scotland... certain Scottish police officers will be jailed for their part in the proceedings...

"Megrahi's lawyers already have a sworn statement from a retired Scottish police officer confirming that evidence had been planted to secure the Libyan's conviction.

"A similar claim was made by a former CIA agent...

"The ex-CIA man (claimed) that the fragment of circuit board had been planted under orders from a very high level in the organisation...

"The fragment was found by two policeman during a search of a wood near Newcastleton, 35 miles from Lockerbie.

"It was later identified by the CIA's Thomas Thurman as being part of a sophisticated timer device made by the Swiss firm of Mebo.

"Thurman was later unmasked as a fraud who had given false evidence in American murder trials..."

Orr

Who were the people involved in the Lockerbie investigation and trial?

John Orr, joint head of CID in Strathclyde police, was the chief investigating officer in the Lockerbie case. Sir John Orr got promoted to Chief Constable of Strathclyde Police (1995 to 2001). (The Herald : News: OTHER NEWS)

'The Golfer' is the former Scottish police chief who has given lawyers a signed statement claiming that key evidence in the Lockerbie bombing trial was fabricated. 'The retired officer - of assistant chief constable rank or higher - has testified that the CIA planted the tiny fragment of circuit board crucial in convicting a Libyan for the 1989 mass murder of 270 people.' (Scotsman.com News - Police chief- Lockerbie evidence was faked)

Two state prosecutors from the US Department of Justice played an important role in the Lockerbie trial. The United Nations observer at the Lockerbie trial, Dr Hans Kochler, reported that two state prosecutors from the US Department of Justice were in court, and, although not listed in any of the official documents about the Court's officers, they were constantly briefing Scottish prosecutors. ( UN Claims Lockerbie Trial Was Rigged)

Lord Fraser was the lord advocate (1989-92) who initiated the case against Megrahi. On 20 December 2006 Lord Fraser was detained by police after they were called to Dundee Airport following reports of a disturbance on board an aircraft. Lord Fraser was charged with disorderly conduct. It was announced on 2 February 2007 that the Crown Office had dropped these charges due to insufficient evidence that an offence had been committed.

Lord Hardie, as Lord Advocate 1997-2000, was due to lead the prosecution team in the Lockerbie trial. Lord Hardie resigned just before the Lockerbie trial began. There were rumours that there was a lack of evidence to convict the Libyans.

Colin Boyd was Lord Hardie's successor as Lord Advocate. He became Lord Boyd of Duncansby.

Norman McFadyen, then regional procurator-fiscal for Edinburgh, headed the Crown Office trial team at Camp Zeist in the Netherlands. He got promoted to Crown Agent, head of department for the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.

Alan Turnbull, QC, was one of the two senior counsel leading the Crown team in the Lockerbie trial. In 2006, he became Scotland's youngest judge at the age of 47.

Advocate-depute Alastair Campbell, QC, was senior prosecution counsel in the Lockerbie trial. In 2003, he was appointed a judge and became Lord Bracadale.

Bill Taylor, QC, was defence counsel for Megrahi at Camp Zeist. He has been heavily criticised for failing to defend Megrahi successfully. ( We have removed an error here pointed out to us by The Lockerbie Case )

Alistair Duff was the defence lawyer for Megrahi.

Professor Hans Koechler, the United Nations' observer at the Lockerbie trial and appeal, has accused Mr Taylor and Mr Duff of betraying Megrahi by failing to represent him properly.

Eddie MacKechnie was solicitor to Fhimah who was acquitted.

Tony Gauci was the key crown witness and owner of the Maltese shop where Megrahi was said to have bought the clothing reportedly placed around the bomb. At the trial, Tony Gauci was uncertain about the date he sold the clothes in question, and was not sure that it was Megrahi to whom they were sold. Gauci gave two earlier statements in which he identified convicted Egyptian terrorist Abu Talb as the person who bought clothing. Gauci gave earlier statements saying he did not sell a shirt to the man but six months later remembered selling shirts and the man. Two of Gauci's statements are missing. A babygro said to have been wrapped around the bomb and shown to the court blown to pieces was recovered intact, according to a statement from the woman who found it. Five years after the trial, Lord Fraser allegedly described Gauci as a “simple” man who might have been “easily led”. Lord Fraser was the lord advocate (1989-92) who initiated the case against Megrahi.

The Strathclyde police reportedly arranged for Gauci to go fishing, hillwalking and birdwatching in the Scottish Highlands. The Mail on Sunday newspaper said Gauci had been recorded on tape talking about five or six visits he had made to Scotland since 1988. Four members of Gauci's family are also said to have received some form of police hospitality during the investigation. (The Scotsman - Scotland - Lockerbie trial row over witness’s trip)

J Thomas Thurman was the FBI man who identified a fragment of a circuit board from a timing device which, he said, was from the Lockerbie bomb. Thurman was later removed from his FBI job after a US Department of Justice investigation concluded his FBI forensics lab had a record of fabricating evidence.

Edwin Bollier is head of the Swiss-based Mebo group which was supposed to have sold the timing device reportedly used in the Lockerbie bomb. Bollier claims that one of his employees supplied the Scottish police with a stolen timing device, which was then presented in the trial as having been found amidst the plane's wreckage.

Ulrich Lumpert is the Mebo employee who reportedly has now admitted that the device he handed over to Scottish investigators was one he himself had stolen from the company, rather than part of a batch delivered to Libya in the 1980s.

Lord Sutherland was the presiding judge at Camp Zeist.

The other two judges were Lord Coulsfield and Lord MacLean.

Lord Cullen was head of the five-judge panel which presided over the appeal of Megrahi at Camp Zeist in 2002. The other four judges were: Lord Kirkwood, Lord Osborne, Lord Macfadyen, and Lord Nimmo Smith.

Lockerbie - new forensic tests suggest evidence was planted by the CIA

THE BEDFORD SUITCASE - LOCKERBIE

The work of the CIA, MI5, MI6 and MOSSAD?

The 'Bedford suitcase' may have contained the bomb that brought down PanAm 103 over Lockerbie.

The Bedford suitcase was put on PanAm 103 at London's heathrow airport, not in Malta or in Frankfurt.

(Megrahi book raises new questions over Lockerbie - Herald Scotland)

The brown hard-sided suitcase was seen by Heathrow baggage loader John Bedford, before the arrival of PanAm 103 from Frankfurt.

The Lockerbie trial judges described Mr Bedford as a "clear and impressive witness".

A police document, not disclosed to the defence, suggests the Bedford suitcase could have been 'the primary suitcase'.

There is evidence of a break-in at Heathrow the night before the bombing.

Click to enlarge. Website for this image

Detective Constable Derek Henderson established the colour and type of all the 'legitimate' Heathrow bags.

None were brown, hard-sided suitcases.

The information from Henderson was not in the 'list of productions' for the original Lockerbie trial.

So, who might have had the ability to put a bomb on the plane at Heathrow?

And, why have the CIA and MI6 appeared to be part of a cover-up of what happened at Heathrow?

BBC: LOCKERBIE EVIDENCE DEMOLISHED

Gauci

"A police officer ... testified that the fragment of timer which was used to convict Al Megrahi was planted by CIA operatives with the collusion of Scottish police officers ..." Former police chief says Lockerbie evidence faked.

A new Lockerbie documentary demolishes government witnesses' testimony

BBC Scotland has screened a documentary which suggests that Megrahi is innocent and that the evidence in the Lockerbie trial is fake.

The documentary coincides with the publication of John Ashton's Megrahi: You Are My Jury, published on 27 February 2012.

The Ashton book suggests that the Scottish Crown Office, the Scottish police and UK defence ministry scientists failed to disclose numerous pieces of evidence.

Tony Gauci, with some hesitation, identified Megrahi as the man who allegedly bought clothes allegedly wrapped around bomb fragments allegedly found near Lockerbie.

Gauci described the man who allegedly bought the clothes in his shop in Malta.

Gauci described him as being six-foot tall, with a big chest, large head, and very black hair.

This description does not fit Megrahi.

Gauci told police that 'Megrahi' came to his shop on the 29 November.

Then he changed this and claimed that Megrahi came to the shop on 7 December, pointing out that as 'Megrahi' left he opened a black umbrella he had just purchased (later planted among the Lockerbie debris) because it started to rain.

The documentary consulted former chief meteorologist Major Joseph Mifsud, who said there was no rain on 7 December, 1988 between 5pm and 7pm.

Gauci said that when 'Megrahi' came to his shop the Christmas lights had not yet been switched on.

Former minister for tourism Michael Refalo switched on the Christmas lights on 6 December, 1988 at 6pm.

Gauci repeatedly changed his account, including identifying people other than Megrahi, people who did not look at all like Megrahi.

Gauci and his brother Paul were reportedly paid up to USD 3 million by the US Department of Justice.

UK government scientists found significant differences between the bomb timer fragment allegedly found after the attack and the type supplied to Gaddafi's Libya.

CIA FELL OUT WITH SYRIA OVER HEROIN?

Bush and Assad (senior)

Did the USA fall out with Assad over heroin?

Syria's Basil Assad died in a car crash in 1994.

Reportedly Basil was killed because of his role in suppressing the Syrian-Lebanese drug trade in the Bekaa Valley. (Website)

'CIA asset' Monzer al Kassar at home

1. In the 1980's, Syria reportedly had links to 'the CIA's trade in arms and heroin'.

According to "The Last Circle" , by Cherie Seymour - Chapter 8:

Syria's Monzer Al Kassar, a friend of the Assad family, reportedly worked with the USA's Colonel Oliver North.

Reportedly, Al Kassar sold heroin to the USA and some of the profits were used by North to buy arms for the fascist Nicaraguan Contras.

The US Tower Commission probe into Irangate revealed that Al Kassar had been paid $1.2 million by Oliver North's coconspirator General Richard Secord to move weapons from Israel to the Contras.

In her book "October Surprise," former Reagan White House aide Barbara Honegger alleged that Al Kassar's heroin smuggling network in Italy was used to send NATO arms to Iran with the help of Italian intelligence officials linked to the Masonic lodge, P2.

Al Kassar was reported to hold large tracts of land in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley.

Lester Coleman

2. In 1988, the CIA allegedly brought down PanAm 103 over Lockerbie.

The CIA reportedly wanted to destroy Major Charles McKee and his team who had gathered evidence of CIA drug smuggling and who were flying to the USA to act as whistleblowers.

According to "The Last Circle" , by Cherie Seymour - Chapter 8:

Lester Coleman, a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) officer worked with the secret unit, Middle East Collection 10 (MC10) in Cyprus.

Two senior MC10 members, Mathew Kevin Gannon and Major Charles Dennis McKee, were on PanAm flight 103 when it exploded; they had just returned from a mission in Beirut.

Coleman explained that the Drugs Enforcement Administration (DEA), with the narcotics squad of the Cypriot national police, the German BKA police and British customs, ran an operation through Cyprus and airports in Europe, including Frankfurt.

The operation involved delivering heroin from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon to the United States; the operation was codenamed "Khourah." Coleman maintained that Pan Am Flight 103 was being used by the DEA.

3. Reportedly, Lockerbie was about heroin.

According to "The Last Circle" , by Cherie Seymour - Chapter 8:

Pan Am hired the private investigative firm of Interfor to look into the bombing.

Interfor maintained that PanAm 103 was part of a heroin smuggling route run by a drug trafficking ring protected by the CIA.

Interfor claimed the ring was overseen by Monzer Al Kassar.

The CIA and DEA had apparently both instructed Germany's internal intelligence agency, the BKA, to allow certain suitcases to pass uninspected onto US bound flights at the Frankfort airport, where Flight 103 originated.

A suitcase which was supposed to be full of the usual heroin was covertly substituted with a suitcase full of explosives.

4. Reportedly, the CIA interfered with the evidence in the Lockerbie case.

According to David Guyatt (LOCKERBIE - THE SYRIAN CONNECTION - Deep Black Lies):

Within hours of Pan Am 103 exploding over the small Scottish village, CIA agents were swarming over the wreckage...

Aboard the downed plane was a secret, five-man Defence Intelligence Agency 'team' headed by Major Charles 'Tiny' McKee.

A suitcase belonging to McKee was recovered and emptied before being returned to the site to be 'found' again.

Inside had been a large quantity of Heroin, some 'sensitive' documents, plus a large quantity of cash and travellers cheques.

These items were 'purged' from official records.

Incredibly, an unidentified body was also removed from the crash site.

No official explanation has been given for these extraordinary examples of evidence tampering.

5. In 1989, the drug smuggling continued.

In 1989, CNN aired a report that included clandestine video pictures of members of the Colombian drug cartel meeting with Syrian drug lords in Larnaca, Cyprus.

The Syrian identified in the video tapes was Raiss Assad the nephew of Syrian president, Hafaz Assad. (DEA: Syria a Major Player in Drug Trade)

6. In 1990, Syria gained its reward.

From "The Last Circle" , by Cherie Seymour aka Carol Marshall - Chapter 8, we learn:

Syria was part of George Bush's coalition which toppled Saddam.

In 1990, the USA allowed a government backed by Syria to take power in Lebanon.

Under the agreement with the USA, Syria kept control of Lebanon's Bekaa Valley famous for its production of heroin and other drugs.

Monzer al Kassar

7. The newspaper Scotland on Sunday reported 16/9/ 2001 that Osama bin Laden made his fortune in part by working with Jewish-Russian mafia operations in Qatar and Cyprus. (Cached)

From an article entitled Robert Gates, Lockerbie, October Surprise, Iran-Contra, we learn of the following allegation:

Reportedly, al Kassar would have known about Mohamed Atta 'flying Lebanese heroin into Florida for Porter Goss's 911 operation'.

Reportedly, tied to Porter Goss' 911 training operation in Florida were the Muslim Brotherhood, and agents of the intelligence agencies of Saudi Arabia, Germany, Syria and Pakistan.

The Lockerbie Case: Megrahi says in a new book that he was framed

From the Scottish edition of The Sunday Times:

"The Libyan convicted of the Lockerbie bombing claims he will produce evidence that will prove he was framed for Britain's worst terrorist atrocity.

"In a forthcoming book ... Megrahi alleges that British and American authorities knew that a crucial piece of evidence linking Libya to the downing of Pan Am 103 was planted.

"Documents obtained by his defence team are said to reveal that a fragment of electronic timer - said to be part of the bomb - was subjected to forensic testing before Megrahi's trial in 2000.

"The Libyan claims that the tests failed to detect explosive residues on the fragment but that this information was not revealed at his trial.

"Sources close to Megrahi believe evidence of such tests would severely undermine the safety of his conviction.

"At the Libyan's trial ... forensic scientists testified that the fragment was part of a circuit board used as a trigger for the bomb. They stated it had not been tested for explosive residues...

"This evidence ... helped to convict Megrahi...

"The Sunday Times has also seen unpublished British intelligence documents from 1989 revealing that the Scottish police were convinced that a barometric bomb - triggered by altitude, not an electronic timer - downed Pan Am 103.

"Megrahi has been working with a British journalist on a book, the publication of which is imminent.

"Sources close to the project said that in Megrahi: You Are My Jury, the Libyan reveals that forensic tests were conducted on the timer fragment.

"It suggests the fragment was not part of the Lockerbie bomb and adds weight to claims that it was 'introduced' later to bolster the case against Megrahi...

"The timer fragment became a key plank in the case against Megrahi...

"It was claimed that months after the December 21 bombing ... in 1988, a tiny piece of circuit board was found in a piece of clothing about 25 miles away from Lockerbie. The prosecution ... linked this fragment of circuit board, described as part of the bomb trigger, to Megrahi.

Anonymous left this comment:

There may have been a fall out over heroin, but the recent Syrian Crisis is (in my opinion) based on a different set of criteria.

It is based on the Globalist strategy of creating an 'arc of tension', and, further, instability and weakness among North African and Middle Eastern countries.

The prize and objective is bigger than heroin smuggling.

It's partly to make the Mediterranean Sea a Globalist lake.

Syria is the last significant Mediterranean shoreline that is independent from the Western oriented Globalists. Algeria is semi-independent from the West, and, guess what, an "Arab Spring" gambit was abortively tried there, too, but it never got off the ground. Algeria's shoreline is much less strategic than Syria's.

But Zionist and Israeli objectives are definitely part of the motivation, too.

Zionists want to "exterminate" the Assad government (I have that on high authority -- personal knowledge -- "Exterminate" is a direct quote from a reliable source).

The word choice is surprising for its vivid & blunt viciousness, but not the general objective -- that is well known.

But more ominous is the strategy:

The Western press has been blaming the Assad government for mass slaughter, when in reality, the rebels/insurgents are the ones slaughtering innocents.

The Zionists think the 'Western Press Cover' is enough to fool the American People and other Western publics. My suspicion based on this source, is that Zionists will claim that Assad is bent on and engaged in committing Christian Genocide (some 10% of the Syrian population is Christian out of 22 million people overall).

Of course, it would be really the opposite, the rebels slaughtering Christians, with the rebels armed and trained by the West, Gulf Cooperation Council, and, apparently, Israel.

But with an impending Christian Genocide allegedly to be perpetrated by the Assad regime, that would tip the political balance in America for full-fledged military intervention to "stop the Christian Genocide" and allow the "extermination" of the Assad government.

Of course, this is all patently absurd, as the Christian minority stands either with their fellow minority Muslim Alawite sect Assad government or is against armed insurrection because they know what would happen if there was a full on drive to exterminate the Assad government by the Muslim Brotherhood and other radicalized Muslim factions.

Still, the Zionists are very confident of their ability to direct & control the American corporate press (with good reason as they own or control almost all of it), and are arrogant enough to think they can pull it off.

A "Christian Genocide" might also give the Zionists the cover they need to go into Syria to physically control at least parts of the country or all of it, if the violence got too bad (cynically with Israeli assistence).

Israel needs to commit genocide if they are to fulfill their objective of creating a Greater Israel from the banks of the Nile to the banks of the Euphrates.

A 'Class of Civilizations' might be the avenue Israel needs to exterminate any Arabs standing in the way of Greater Israel.

But first they need to get rid of the Christians in Syria.

What better way than to blame it on the Assad Government -- no matter that any objective observer would know that is false.

Conclusion: Zionists (of the Greater Israel mind-set) are sociopathically out of control (some would call it being insane).

A letter to American owned Herald newspaper suggests that the CIA should have no role in any new Lockerbie investigation

"The main contribution of the CIA and FBI to the original investigation was to offer a huge bribe to jog the memory of the main prosecution witness about his identification of a casual customer in his shop several years earlier, and to magically find a tiny piece of the detonator casing in a Lockerbie field six months after the local police had scoured every inch of the area.

"We don't need any more of that kind of co-operation."

At the Lockerbie trial, Tony Gauci was uncertain about the date he sold the clothes said to have been wrapped round the bomb, and was not sure that it was Megrahi to whom they were sold. Gauci gave two earlier statements in which he identified convicted Egyptian terrorist Abu Talb as the person who bought clothing. A babygro said to have been wrapped around the bomb and shown to the court blown to pieces was recovered intact, according to a statement from the woman who found it.

The report of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC) found six reasons to indicate that there had been a miscarriage of justice in the original court conviction.

"Justice Minister Kenny MacAskill and his officials have consistently found reasons to conceal this report, despite it being clearly in the public interest that it should be published.

"Now sections of it are to be revealed in Megrahi's biography early next year and will no doubt appear on the internet for all to see." (letter to Herald newspaper - CIA should have no role in any new Lockerbie investigation)

Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond does not want the truth to come out?

LOCKERBIE, DOUGLAS-HAMILTON, SPY CHIEFS

William H Webster, CIA boss in 1988, at the time of the Lockerbie Bombing.

Hope for Lockerbie bombing truth

The reported capture of the man thought to be behind the Lockerbie bombing gives the UK an opportunity to discover the truth, a UK Foreign Office minister says.

Lord Howell of Guildford said that no effort should be spared in bringing the former intelligence chief to justice.

Lord Selkirk of Douglas (James Douglas-Hamilton)

At question time in the House of Lords, Lord Selkirk of Douglas, a former Scotland minister who was on the scene of the Lockerbie bombing within hours of it taking place, said the capture and intelligence archives could "finally provide the information that would assist the Lord Advocate with his ongoing inquiries".

'Spooky' Lord Selkirk of Douglas?

He married a granddaughter of John Buchan, who was once head of British intelligence,

Lord Selkirk of Douglas's father, Douglas Douglas-Hamilton Duke of Hamilton, met with Rudolf Hess when he landed in Scotland during World War II.

Douglas Douglas-Hamilton "was sympathetic to neo-fascist groups like the Nordic League and the Right Club." (Duke of Hamilton)

It was reported that he had "many Nazi contacts in this country".

(These included Archibald Ramsay, Lord Redesdale, 5th Duke of Wellington, Duke of Westminster and the Marquess of Graham.)

In 1938, Albrecht Haushofer, who worked for the German Foreign Office, stayed with Douglas-Hamilton at his home Dungavel House in Scotland.

William Casey was Director of the CIA from 1981-87. Hours before he was due to testify before Congress about Iran-Contra, he was rushed off to hospital where he died. Casey would have known about heroin being smuggled on PanAm flights. Website for this image

A total of 270 people were killed when a Boeing 747 jumbo jet, Pan Am flight 103, exploded over the Scottish town of Lockerbie in December 1988.

The CIA's Vincent Cannistraro - deeply involved in Lockerbie.

What happened to "body DCF 12 Male, Hillside, NE of Shawhill farm" found at Lockerbie by Dr. David Fieldhouse?

Lord James Douglas-Hamilton told parliament:" At the fatal accident inquiry relating to the Lockerbie disaster, Dr. Fieldhouse gave evidence that there was no record of the body which he had labelled as DCF 12 being found by the police." (Lockerbie-Pan Am flight 103..)

"The key players have been Vincent Cannistraro, Oliver North, Michael T. Hurley, Oliver'Buck' Revell, Lester Coleman, Ahmed Jibril, Marwan Khreesat (PFLP-GC), Monsar Al Kassar, Mohammed Al-Hourani, Mohammed Jafar, Khaled Jafar." (Lockerbie-Pan Am flight 103.)

Mueller, of the FBI, would not want to mention any possible CIA drug smuggling?

1. Was the Lockerbie bomber a US spy?

In 2008, Scotland's top legal expert, professor Robert Black, urged the UK government to answer reports that there is evidence that Abu Nidal was a US agent.

Black believes Abu Nidal was responsible for co-ordinating the bomb that blew up Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie

In 1993, Margaret Thatcher, in her memoirs, wrote that after she backed the US bombing of Tripoli in 1986, “There was a marked decline in Libyan-sponsored terrorism in succeeding years.”

2. Apparently, both the US ambassador to Lebanon, John McCarthy, and the South African Foreign Minister Pik Botha had their travel plans altered at the last minute in order to avoid PanAm 103.

Others, including Charles McKee, a US Army Special Forces Major, and Matthew Gannon, the CIA's Beirut deputy station chief, uniquely amongst US officials, changed their plans at the last minute to fly on PanAm 103. - LOCKERBIE BALONEY UNRAVELS - Mombu the Culture Forum

3. Minutes before PanAm flight 103 took off from London's Heathrow airport, FBI Assistant Director Oliver 'Buck' Revell took his son and daughter-in-law off the plane. [1001]

Revell was an associate of Lt. Colonel Oliver North who was linked to Iran-Contra. .[1002]

North ‘was a business associate of Syrian arms and drug runner Monzer al-Kassar.’ [1003] - Lockerbie - Constitution Society

Monzer al Kassar, allegedly worked for Oliver North and allegedly was part of Operation Corea.

4. The Herald newspaper was told that the CIA offered $2m (£1m) to the key witness in the Lockerbie trial and his brother.

"Recently discovered papers" show that Scottish police officers were aware the US intelligence service had discussed financial terms with Tony Gauci and his brother, Paul.

Revealed: CIA offered $2m to Lockerbie witness and brother

5. On 17 April 1999, Russell Warren Howe, in the Guardian, explained how Israeli intelligence was among those that had a motive for blowing up Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie. (What if they are innocent? UK news guardian.co.uk)

According to Howe:

In 1986 a bomb exploded at Berlin's La belle disco club. Libya was blamed, on false evidence, and Reagan bombed Tripoli.

German TV exposed how the CIA and Mossad had links to the 1986 Berlin disco bombing.

Victor Ostrovsky is a Canadian who worked for Mossad.

According to Ostrovsky, Mossad tried to frame Libya by transmitting a fake message.

Ostrovsky testified that it was Mossad who set up a transmitter in Tripoli that generated a false signal about the "success" of the Berlin bomb.

There was a similar 'fake' message about Lockerbie, which may be the work of Mossad.

In one of his books, the author Gordon Thomas argues that the tagging and smuggling aboard of the lethal Lockerbie suitcase was organised by Mossad.

Gordon Thomas recounts how a Mossad officer from the London station turned up in Lockerbie just after the crash, and arranged for the removal of a suitcase belonging to a US intelligence officer in the US Defence Intelligence Agency , Charles McKee.

McKee's case was found after the crash by Jim Wilson of Tundergarth Mains farm, and contained what looked to Wilson like cocaine or heroin samples.

Within hours the Lockerbie bombing, two planeloads of 'US intelligence people' arrived at the site, and a Scottish radio reporter, David Johnston, soon heard that the bomb's target had been a group of US intelligence officials travelling back from Beirut.

McKee's suitcase "presumably contained his files on the CIA-Hizbullah-Mossad drugs ring" which McKee had discovered.

"Defence sources in Washington agree ... that McKee's group had been frustrated by the cover-up of the CIA drugs scheme (OPERATION COREA), and was returning home to insist that it be exposed."

What about Iran?

It is unlikely that Iran would use "a secular, even Marxist, Arab nationalist" member of a Palestinian cell to attack the USA.

It is entirely possible that Megrahi ... is being framed.

6. In 2007, Phillip Marlowe wrote an article entitled: The COREA Connection? Part I …

From this we learn:

Amiran Nir worked as Israel’s terrorism consultant to PM Shimon Peres.

Nir worked with the US on the Iran-Contra, Arms for Hostages deal; jointly run by the US and Israel.

Nir teaming up with Col. Oliver North in these efforts.

Nir is thought to have had incriminating evidence on Bush.

Nir was lured to Mexico to die in a mysterious plane accident.

A US Navy commander has claimed that George H. W. Bush, Sr. and Amiran Nir met at Jerusalem’s King David Hotel on July 29, 1986 to brief him on the Arms for Hostages deal.

According to Joel Bainerman: “Nir was secretly taping the entire conversation. And this provided evidence linking Bush to the Arms for Hostages deal. At the meeting were McKee and Gannon, who would die in the Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie.”

Nir may have had evidence of Bush’s involvement in Iran-Contra and even in the COREA drug smuggling group?

7. In 1988, the FBI's Robert Mueller supervised the Lockerbie Bombing investigation.
