Wayne Madsen reports:

1. Richard Clarke was Bush’s chief counter-terrorism adviser.

Richard Clarke has revealed that it was the aim of the CIA, under George Tenet, to recruit some of the 9/11 "Al Qaeda" terrorists prior to the attack of September 11, 2001.

John O'Neill

2. John O'Neil was the FBI counter-terrorism top man.

O’Neill’s pursuit of Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda was resisted by top officials inside the U.S. government.

Thomas Kean

3. Former New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean and former Indiana Democratic Representative Lee Hamilton were the two co-chairmen of the 9/11 Commission.

Both have said that their committee was lied to by government officials and that important information was covered up and not released to committee investigators.

Philip Zelikow

4. Philip Zelikow was the aide to Bush National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice.

Zelikow was appointed as the executive director of the 9/11 Commission.

He had the task of avoiding any investigations of the roles of the CIA, Mossad, the Saudis, and Wall Street interests in 9 11.

Zelikow stated under oath that no one ever expected that passenger planes would be used as weapons.

Ali Mohammed worked for the CIA. Mohamed was charged with the 1998 bombings of the United States embassies in Kenya and in Tanzania. He has not been sentenced for these attacks.

5. Ali Mohammed was a graduate of the US Army’s Special Forces School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Ali Mohammed, while an active duty member of the US Special Forces, traveled to Afghanistan to train Bin Laden’s forces.

Ali Mohammad was linked to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.

Michael Chertoff

6. Patrick J. Fitzgerald and Michael Chertoff were the main federal prosecutors for New York City and New Jersey in the 1993 bombing case.

John O’Neill was upset that they hid from the court much of the information on the 1993 bombers.

7. Reportedly, the CIA employed al Qaeda in Bosnia.

Reportedly, money collected for the Bosnia Defence Fund was ending up in the hands of al Qaeda.

Apparently, the US Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network was concerned that money transferred by Riggs Bank to the Bosnian Defense Fund, was going to people linked to al Qaeda.

Riggs Bank is linked to Prince Bandar and the Bush family.

Bin Laden reportedly visited Bosnia.

Bin laden reportedly carried a Bosnian diplomatic passport and had met Bosnian diplomats in Vienna and Austria.

Three of the dancing Israelis, spotted in multiple locations filming, and celebrating the attacks. .

8. US government documents, from the DEA and FBI, have revealed that, in 2000 and 2001:

120 Israeli 'art students' attempted to penetrate the security of dozens of Federal office buildings.

The 'art students' visited the homes of scores of US law enforcement personnel.

Some of the 'art students' used addresses and mail drops in southern Florida and Texas near those used by a number of the 9/11 hijackers.


9. The FBI document list of 'the hijackers and other terrorist suspects' includes a known Mossad agent, Dominick Suter.

Suter ran an Israeli moving company in Weehawken, New Jersey.

The FBI list was accidentally released in early October 2001 on a Finnish government web site.

Five Israelis working for Suter’s Urban Moving Systems were arrested by police and FBI agents during the later afternoon of 9/11, driving a suspicious van near Giant Stadium in Secaucus, New Jersey.

The five Israelis were the only suspects arrested on September 11, 2001 on suspicion of involvement in the 9/11 attacks.

All five were deported to Israel without ever having been formally charged.

The DEA memo specifically stated that the Israelis casing federal offices and employees’ homes may have had ties to an “Islamic fundamentalist group.”

On 29 June 2009, the US Supreme Court decided not to hear a case brought by families of 9/11 victims against Saudi Arabia, four members of the Saudi royal family, a Saudi bank and a charity.



US Supreme Court declines to hear case of 9/11 families



The Obama regime supported the Saudi monarchs, who were accused of financially supporting people involved in the 9-11 2001 attacks.



The family members claim that Saudi princes contributed to charities that funded Al Qaeda (Al CIAda) and the 9/11 'hijackers'.



In 2008, a court in Manhattan ruled that the Saudis were protected under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.



The US Justice Department is determined to prevent the release of documents collected by lawyers for the families.



These documents, according to a New York Times report, “provide new evidence of extensive financial support for Al Qaeda and other extremist groups by members of the Saudi royal family.”



The US government has had copies of the documents destroyed and has sought to prevent judges from seeing them.



Nawaf al-Hamzi and Khalid al-Mihdhar were two Saudi nationals who were reportedly aboard planes that crashed on 9/11.



They were known by US intelligence to be members of Al Qaeda at least since 1999.



The two were allowed into the US, and were found accommodation with the help of a Saudi intelligence agent (Omar al-Bayoumi) and, later, an FBI asset (Abdussattar Shaikh).



Reportedly, Al-Bayoumi received financing from Princess Haifa, the wife of the Saudi ambassador to the US, Prince Bandar.



"Between April 1998 and May 2002, some $51-73,000 in checks and cashier's checks were provided by the Saudi Ambassador to the United States and his wife to two families in southern California, who in turn bankrolled at least two of the 9/11 hijackers." (Prince Bandar and 9/11)



It is assumed by many that the top Saudis carry out the wishes of the CIA.

Muslim Brotherhood, reportedly financed by the CIA



Prince Bandar is said to be a friend of Mossad.



"Lebanon's Al-Manar TV station reported ... that Saudi Arabia was the country that provided the intelligence to Mossad, suggesting that Saudi Secretary General of the National Security Council Prince Bandar bin Sultan played a role in the cooperation between the intelligence agencies." - Arab country 'cooperates with Mossad'

Prince Bandar has a 56,000-square-foot mansion in Aspen, Colorado.

The palatial vacation home, called Hala Ranch, is larger than the White House.

Bandar's US Mansion



According to Wikipedia, Bandar helped negotiate the 1985 Al Yamamah deal, a series of massive arms sales by the United Kingdom to Saudi Arabia worth GB£40 billion (US$80 billion), including the sale of more than 100 warplanes.



After the deal was signed, British arms manufacturer British Aerospace (now BAE Systems) allegedly funnelled secret payments of at least GB£1 billion (US$2 billion) into two Saudi embassy accounts in Washington, in yearly instalments of up to GB£120 million (US$240 million) over at least 10 years.



Bandar allegedly took money for personal use out of the accounts, as the purpose of one of the accounts was to pay the operating expenses of the prince's private Airbus A340.



According to investigators, there was "no distinction between the accounts of the embassy, or official government accounts [...], and the accounts of the royal family."



The payments were discovered during a Serious Fraud Office investigation, which was stopped in December 2006 by attorney general Lord Goldsmith.[7] [8]

In 2004, the UK's Serious Fraud Office began an investigation into arms sales to Saudi Arabia.



It was The Guardian which reportedly had discovered massive secret payments were going to Saudi princes, to promote arms deals.



Tony Blair eventually halted the fraud investigation, claiming that this was necessary in order to continue cooperation with Saudi Arabia in intelligence matters.

"Saudi Arabia's rulers threatened to make it easier for terrorists to attack London unless corruption investigations into their arms deals were halted, according to court documents revealed yesterday."



This looks like a piece of anti-Moslem fearmongering, of the sort that might be enjoyed by MI6?



Prince Bandar, the head of the Saudi national security council, and son of the crown prince, was alleged in court to have threatened that he might not cooperate with the British over security matters.



Prince Bandar is alleged to have received £1bn in secret payments from the arms company BAE.

Anti-corruption campaigners have now begun a legal action to overturn the decision to halt the fraud case. They want the original investigation restarted.



There are certain questions that The Guardian does not ask:



1. Are the Israelis trying to stop UK arms sales to Saudi Arabia?



2. Is the US arms industry trying to halt UK arms sales to Saudi Arabia?



3. If there is a terror attack in London, is it likely that the British Security services or the Saudi security services will know more about it?



4. Was the fraud investigation halted, not because of any fears of terrorism, but because of a wish to continue profitable arms deals?
