YOGURT TO MAKE YOU CHEERFUL





Lactobacillus is found in Yogurt.



Lactobacillus may make you more cheerful and optimistic.



Lactobacillus may also be good for treating irritable bowel syndrome and for helping prevent some cancers and certain other health problems.



Lactobaccilus is a good bacteria (a probiotic) and may improve your behaviour (The Economist)



Research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, suggests that lactobaccilus "can affect the brain" and improve "an individual’s mood and behaviour."



Mice were fed Lactobacillus.



They appeared to become "more confident and less anxious than those not fed Lactobacillus".
