Saif al Islam Gaddafi has long had a relationship with MI6 and various odd people from Jorg Haider to Nat Rothschild.
Saif and his close pal Jorg Haider, the gay Austrian politician who died in mysterious circumstances.

On 19 November 2011, it was reported that Saif, or his double, had been arrested.

Allen became friends with Moussa Koussa, head of Gaddafi's foreign intelligence agency.

Montenegro
In 2006 Saif Gaddafi was romantically linked to the actress Orly Weinerman.
In 2009, a party in Montenegro for his 37th birthday included well-known guests such as Oleg Deripaska, Peter Munk (Barrick Gold) and Prince Albert of Monaco.
Saif Gaddafi has been hosted at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle by the British royal family.
In 2009, he spent a weekend at Waddesdon Manor, home of financier Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild, where he was the guest of Lord Mandelson and Nathaniel Philip Rothschild.
He later stayed at the Rothschild holiday home in Corfu.
