THE SECRET RULERS OF THE WORLD

John Buchan

John Buchan's hero Richard Hannay says: "We've overdone civilization, and personally I'm all for a little barbarism." (The Three Hostages)

http://canspeccy.blogspot.com/ reminds us that John Buchan, Britain's former spy chief, is linked to a certain world-shaping conspiracy:

The Cecil Rhodes' Secret Society.

Cecil Rhodes, friend of John Buchan

Cecil Rhodes was very close to Nathaniel Mayer Rothschild, a fellow member of the secret society ; and both were freemasons.

Rothschild

The Cecil Rhodes Society is linked to Chatham House in London and the Council on Foreign Relations in America.

Cecil Rhodes' Secret Society aimed to spread the benefits of British civilization to the entire globe.

CanSpeccy, in his post entitled 'The Beautiful People Who Run the World', wrote:

The Council on Foreign Relations is almost certainly the World's most influential agency for promoting global government.

J P Morgan

Carrol Quigley explained the origins of the Council on Foreign Relations in his book Tragedy and Hope:

At the end of the war of 1914, it became clear that the organization of this system had to be greatly extended. . . .

Lionel Curtis . . . established, in England and each dominion, a front organization to the existing local Round Table Group...

This front organization, called the Royal Institute of International Affairs, had as its nucleus in each area the existing submerged Round Table Group...

In New York it was known as the Council on Foreign Relations, and was a front for J. P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group.

The American organizers were dominated by the large number of Morgan 'experts'...

The Round Table for years (until 1961) was edited from the back door of Chatham House grounds in Ormond Yard, and its telephone came through the Chatham House switchboard (Tragedy and Hope: 951-952).

CanSpeccy continues:

The purpose of the movement, as seen by its originators, is the high-minded goal of establishing a civilized system of global governance, based on the principles espoused by Jesus of Nazareth as stated in the Sermon on the Mount.

The CFR and Chatham House supported the creation and expansion of the EU, the creation of the Canada-US Free Trade Area (FTA), the Canada-US-Mexico North American Free Trade Area (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the continual expansion of NATO, and the yet to be consummated Free Trade area of the Americas (FTAA).

CanSpeccy concludes:

Carroll Quigley, who was instrumental in getting Bill Clinton to Oxford as a Rhodes scholar, readily acknowledged the conspiratorial methods of the Rhodes-Milner group.

But he was clear that it originated with Rhodes and his friends, Alfred Beit, Nathaniel Mayer Rothschild, Alfred Milner and others who shared his belief in the beneficent influence of the British Empire.

Quigley had no doubt that bankers seek to control the world:

The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.

This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.

What do we really mean by the idea of spreading the benefits of Anglo-American civilisation? (Deconstructing the US Military: America's Global War against Planet Earth)

In 2010 a group of five American soldiers murdered a number of Afghan civilians “for sport,” and collected fingers of their victims as trophies...

In March of 2011 two U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopters came upon 10 Afghan children ages 7 to 13 gathering brush to warm their huts and attacked them with heavy machine gun fire.

When the parents of the children arrived on the scene, attracted by the gunfire, they could only collect body parts of their children...

On March 12, 2006, four U.S. soldiers entered the home of a 14-year old girl in the Iraqi city of Mahmudiya, took her mother, father and sister into a bedroom and shot them, and then gang-raped the girl.

Afterwards, they shot her in the head and attempted to burn her body. They then reported the deaths as being the result of an insurgent attack.

On March 25, 2003, Marine Sgt. Eric Schrumpf was participating in the U.S. invasion of Iraq when he spotted an Iraqi soldier in his field of view behind a female Iraqi citizen.

He couldn’t get a clear shot with the woman blocking his line of sight, so he shot her to get her out of the line of fire. “I’m sorry, but the chick was in the way,” Schrumpf explained.

Later he elaborated, “We had a great day. We killed a lot of people.”
